I'm a staff software developer with experience in data, backend, full-stack and site reliability engineering. I also have interests in product development, project management, technical writing, mentorship and technical leadership.

I was born and raised in Alaska. I went to college at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and graduated in 2011 with a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (my master's thesis was on snow!). While I've lived in many places since then - Brooklyn, NY chief among them - I've been back home since Summer 2022.
